J. brings a wealth of over 24 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry to his current role as a leader of the Sales, Marketing, and Convention Services team at The Wigwam. His four successful years at The Wigwam have been rooted in his shining leadership skills, positive mindset, innovative thinking, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners. His career is further fueled by his passion to serve his team and resort guests.

Senior Conference Services Manager
When Shannon joined The Wigwam team in 2021, she brought with her over 30 years of extensive hospitality experience. Shannon has worked all across the country and experienced different roles in the industry. She discovered her true passion when stepping in to the Senior Conference Services Manager role at The Wigwam. With her attention to detail along with her spirit to serve, she gains the trust of her clients knowing their event will be executed to their precise instructions. Shannon has also discovered a passion of soaking up all the history that surrounds The Wigwam and Litchfield Park.
Jenna Sullivan
Director of Marketing
Jenna Sullivan is an accomplished hospitality professional, who brings more than a decade of marketing experience to her role as Director of Marketing at The Wigwam. With a profound understanding of the industry and its evolving landscape, Sullivan leads the resort's strategic planning and comprehensive marketing strategy, while overseeing all community events and seasonal programming throughout the resort.
Tammi Truax
National Sales Manager
Tammi has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with timeshare properties before transitioning to hotels in 2001. December 2013 brought her to The Wigwam where she currently serves as a National Sales Manager. As she celebrates nine years with this iconic destination this December, it is clear that Tammi appreciates the history of the storied Wigwam and wholeheartedly shares its narrative with all guests and clients who frequent The Wigwam.
