Rhonda Khabir serves as Senior Vice President of Hospitality at Colonial Williamsburg, where she leads the strategic vision for group, leisure, and business travel experiences in support of the mission, “That the future may learn from the past.”
With a strong commitment to historic preservation and sustainable growth, she advances initiatives that elevate engagement and strengthen the Foundation’s hospitality portfolio. Prior to Colonial Williamsburg, she led sales, marketing, and eCommerce for one of Hawaii’s largest hotel management companies and spent nearly a decade with Great Wolf Resorts, helping expand North America’s largest family of indoor waterpark resorts.

Over the past nine years at the resort, she has earned a reputation for excellence through her collaborative leadership style and her ability to cultivate strong, lasting partnerships. Committed to elevating both people and performance, Brittany champions the professional growth of her team while delivering world-class guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of hospitality.

Greg Kavanagh
Vice President Business Development | Visit Williamsburg

Greg Kavanagh brings a broad and accomplished hospitality career that began as an Executive Meeting Manager and progressed through senior sales roles to hotel general management. He has led renovations and rebranding efforts for independent properties and major brands including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. As a corporate Vice President of Sales and Operations, he oversaw diverse portfolios — from select- and full-service hotels to serviced apartments — enhancing asset value across multiple markets.
Most recently, Greg served as Managing Director of the historic HOTEL DU PONT in Wilmington, Delaware, and General Manager of Eden Resort and Suites in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, before joining Visit Williamsburg. A lifelong interest in history and archaeology, reflected in both his travels and his ownership of a National Register home, aligns naturally with his role as Vice President of Business Development, where he is proud to support Colonial Williamsburg and its Semiquincentennial celebrations.
