The Washington State wine industry has been growing since the 1970's, although there's been one key aspect that only until recently was taken seriously: sparkling. Seeing this as an opportunity to define the standard, the father and son team of Juergen and Christian Grieb set out and established Treveri Cellars 2007. Their purpose and message is simple: to grow grapes for and produce high-quality traditional method sparkling wines in the European style of elegance and balance. Their commitment to classical sparkling while keeping a modern take on blends and grape varieties has become an exciting journey seen through the bubbles! Since its opening, Treveri sparkling wine has been served at White House State Department receptions and the James Beard Foundation in New York.
