Bill Hendrix has served as general manager of The Hotel Hershey since 2017. In this role, Hendrix oversees the entire operation of The Hotel Hershey, a AAA Four Diamond, Forbes Four Star historic property built by chocolate magnate Milton S. Hershey in 1933. The Hotel comprises 276 guest rooms; three restaurants, all-day cafe, poolside café; The Spa At The Hotel Hershey; MeltSpa in Downtown Hershey, more than 25,000 square feet of meeting space; The Shops At The Hotel Hershey; and recreation offerings.

Bill has been a member of The Hotel Hershey’s leadership team for 15 years, first starting out as the Director of Rooms in 2006 then becoming AGM in 2016. He has more than 27 years of hotel and resort operations throughout the United States. Prior to joining The Hotel Hershey, Bill spent five years at various Ritz-Carlton properties, including Lake Las Vegas and Pentagon City. He also has seven years of experience with Four Seasons at properties including Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills and Four Season Resort and Club in Irving, Texas. His favorite Hershey’s chocolate is Reese's Take 5.
