Krystal is the Human Resources Business Partner for The Hotel Hershey and MeltSpa. Her career in Human Resources began at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts when she was an Intern for the Employee Services department. Upon returning to Hershey almost two years later, Krystal fulfilled the Supervisor of Employee Services role overseeing the onboarding process for all HE&R employees to include background and drug screening, HR Call Center, data entry, implementation of our Document Management system and vendor processing. A year later, Krystal moved into an HR Manager role at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex for three years focusing on employee relations and high volume hiring. Before moving on to her current role at The Hotel Hershey, she also provided strategic HR support to the Hershey Country Club, Hersheypark Camping Resort and downtown Restaurant Group.

Krystal earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Millersville University. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys practicing yoga and spending time outdoors – kayaking, skiing and hiking – with family and friends. Krystal currently resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania with her husband, their daughter and Golden Retriever.
