Vik Krishnan is a Partner with McKinsey & Company, and predominantly serves clients in the aviation, aerospace, and travel sectors. Mr. Krishnan has led McKinsey & Company thought leadership about reimagining the post-pandemic hospitality sector including How has the hotel sector – owners, operators, brands, and others have emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic; What might the customer experience of the future look like; and, How should owners respond to future priorities and trends?
With over 18 years of consulting experience across multiple functional areas in travel, hospitality, transport and logistics, Mr. Krishnan advises companies in the aviation, travel, and aerospace sectors on operational-performance improvement, digital transformation, and growth. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Krishnan was a partner and aviation sector leader at another global management consultancy, serving clients in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australasia. Mr. Krishnan holds a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and an AB (magna cum laude) from Dartmouth College, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa society.
